Product Description

What is it that makes The Big Ol' Nasty Pack the ultimate addition to your

production tool kit?  Well, think about it for a moment...

You get a Nasty Clamp.

You get a Nasty Flag.

And you get a Double-Headed Nasty!

nasty-three-way-480.jpg

These are three of the handiest production tools imaginable, and they're all just

simple click away...

You'll use your Nasty Clamp for mounting portable strobes*, smaller LED lights,

microphones, point 'n shoot cameras, portable audio recorders, or just any other

mid-weight device in your arsenal that comes with a standard 1/4"-20 tripod hole.

You'll use your Nasty Flag to shade your camera's lens from bright sunshine, hot

reflections, and – on those cloudy days – as a shield to keep rain off the front element.

And when you're in some sort of full-on "MacGuyver mode," you'll be reaching for

your Double-Headed Nasty on a regular basis, using it to hold small bounce cards,

flashlights, gobos, script notes, hand tools, and candy bars.

Nasty.  Handy.  Perfect.

*Note: The Big Ol' Nasty Pack does not come with a 1/4"-20 to Hot Shoe Adapter, which – btw – is a really handy

lil' gizmo, and something that you'll want in your gear bag if you have any sort of hot shoe mountable lighting

accessory.  That adapter can be purchased HERE on the Nasty Clamps site.

  1. Totally Hooked on Being Nasty

Posted by Ron P. on 4th Jun 2012

Finding that there are hundreds of uses for these things! Speedlights go just about anywhere imaginable. The Double-Headed Nasty can hold just about anything in place securely. Setting up a white foam core bounce card with it gets rid of those nasty shadows in no time. The Nasty Flags are perfect for controlling light in a tabletop setup.

No gear bag is complete without at least a Big Ol' Nasty Pack on hand.

Tip: get some extra flex arm material for added flexibility.
