Loading... Please wait...There are times when the sun is your enemy...
Sunlight can be handy when it's shining onto a subject you want to photograph. But when sunlight shines directly into your camera's lens... Well... All hell breaks loose.
Why?
Because sunlight is the number one cause of glare, flares, ghosting, and reduced contrast in your photos and videos...
Fortunately, there is a solution.
The Nasty Flag.

The Nasty Flag is the first camera flag set-up that's durable*, modular, clampable, AND specifically sized** to work with DSLR's and smaller DV camera systems.
The Nasty Flag will keep the sun (and other bright shiny objects) from ruining your images. And because it's not a one-trick pony, The Nasty Flag can also act as a rain shield, helping to keep moisture from hitting your lens.

Nasty Flags are modular (the flex-arm can be shortened or lengthened), and the attachment point for the flex-arm on the flag can be set left, right, or center... That's what those "buttons" on the flag are for (covering up the optional attachment points).
Not to be too blunt about it, but if you're a shooter who regularly uses a tripod, jib arm, motion control unit, cage, or slider dolly with your camera, then you need a Nasty Flag.
You'll wonder how you ever got by without one.
*Nasty Flags are made from super-tough ABS plastic (the same stuff that LEGOs™ are made from), and each flag is individually machined in Portland, Oregon.
**The Flag itself is approximately 9 inches across by 5.5 inches in depth. The flex-arm coming off of the clamp is approximately 16 inches long.
